A guess fails to load or a duel will not connect
Check that another app or website can use the internet. If possible, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A working connection elsewhere does not rule out a temporary game-server problem.
Outside an active duel, reopen the app and check for an update on Google Play. Avoid repeated taps on a purchase or paid-hint button while waiting for a response. During a live match, record the room code, time and error before leaving; this makes a match issue easier to investigate.
A word is rejected or already used
Check the selected game language and the spelling of your guess. Enter one word rather than a sentence. If the app says the word was used, look for it in your attempts; submitting it again does not test a new idea.
If an ordinary correctly spelled word is still rejected, report the exact word, language, mode and app version. For a custom secret, record the error shown when submitting it. Do not assume every word in everyday speech belongs to every game mode's word selection.
A hint is missing or an ad is unavailable
Friend mode has no hints. In other modes, make guesses first and check whether you are already very close to the answer. A coin hint also requires the balance shown by the app.
An unavailable ad can reflect temporary ad availability or a connection issue. If an ad completes but you receive no confirmed reward, note the time and send a report. The coins and hints guide explains the two options.
Coins have not appeared after a purchase
Check the payment status in Google Play. Keep the receipt and order ID; a pending payment and a completed purchase are different situations. Allow time for the app to refresh, then reopen it if needed.
If the balance is still wrong, write to support with the pack name and order ID. Do not repeat the purchase to force delivery, and do not clear the app's data or uninstall it as your first troubleshooting step.
What to send to the studio
- App version, device model and Android version.
- Game language and mode.
- Steps that led to the problem and the exact error text.
- A screenshot and the approximate time, including your time zone.
- For a duel: room code. For a purchase: Google Play order ID, sent privately.
Email erik.soloyan@gmail.com. Hide passwords, full payment details and unrelated personal information in screenshots. Describe what you expected and what actually happened; that is more useful than only saying that the game does not work.
